Honor Veterans is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization (Form 990-N) dedicated to raising funds to support the mental and physical health of military veterans in the Finger Lakes region. We provide financial support for essential services such as counseling and hospice care, guided by the principle of being a hand in need so there is a hand when you need it.
 

3. Donations and Financial Transactions

• Donation Processing: All online donations are securely processed through our designated third-party platform partner, Zeffy. By making a donation, you agree to abide by any applicable terms and conditions set forth by the payment processor.

• Refund Policy: Contributions and donations made to Honor Veterans are generally non-refundable, as funds are promptly allocated to support our charitable mission. If you believe an error was made in connection with your donation, please contact us immediately at honorveteransinc@gmail.com.

• Tax Deductibility: As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax professional regarding specific deduction rules.
   

4. Future E-Commerce & Shop Use

When we launch our online shop (hosted via Shopify or similar platforms), additional terms regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, and order fulfillment will apply.
